The only private room in the building, and the one the property calls its most elegant. Patio view, fireplace, projector screen, built-in speakers. Monday Mahjong runs here all summer.

Three kinds of number in this table. Banquet rounds are what we publish today, and 9 of the 13 spaces have one. The Maple's 100 is the exception: we publish it as a meeting, seminar or workshop figure rather than a banquet-round count, so read it that way. Square feet, theater and classroom come from our own capacity chart of 2017, recovered from the Internet Archive after a later rebuild of this website dropped it. Treat those as indicative: on the one column where both years can be compared, 6 of the 8 rooms have been re-rated since, so the 2017 banquet figures are not shown here at all.

Cabaret, cocktail, u-shape, boardroom and hollow square are calculated, and here is exactly how. Those five have never been published for these rooms by anyone, and the same arithmetic fills theater and classroom for the two combined configurations, which our own chart never listed as rows. Rather than leave a column empty we measured every room off our own floor plan, checked that the plan is drawn to scale, and sized each setup from its geometry using published planning standards. Cabaret is simply our banquet round with the audience-facing seats cleared. We then tested the method against the capacities we do publish, predicting each one from the others: it lands within 9 percent on average and was out by 36 percent on its worst room. These size a room. They are not a promise. A real setup also depends on the tables we own, on where the screen and the doors are, and on the fire marshal's occupancy load, and none of that is in a floor plan. Ask us and we will confirm the room against your actual agenda.

The one room we can check. The Maple carries a current square footage of 1,146, and the 2017 chart puts it at 1,176. That 30 foot difference is the only measure anyone has of how far the older figures may sit from the building as it stands today. 12 of the 13 named spaces now carry a square footage; the Bridal Suite has none in any source and we have not estimated one.
